Developing innovative partnerships for the delivery of next generation infrastructure and new models of care
Public/Private delivery of infrastructure and health services is not new to Australia, but there are increasing opportunities for providers to work more closely together to develop innovative partnerships and integrated models of care.
That said, together with a number of new or recently completed success stories, we have also witnessed the challenges that can occur on complex health infrastructure projects that have resulted in major delays and significant cost increased. This has highlighted the need for state governments and private sector providers to come together to consider alternative partnership approaches that provide value for money, shared risk management, and innovation in healthcare delivery.
The Health Facilities Design & Development 2017 Conference, is part of the largest and fastest growing event and expo - Australian Healthcare Week (now in its' 7th year!), which will feature case study examples of new-build and retrofit health facility developments from across all Australian states and overseas. Drawing on the experience of healthcare providers, architects, structural engineers and construction specialists, this event will provide you with the strategies required to ensure successful project development and completion.
